Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Empowerment. It’s a dynamic physical and spiritual blend that will make you feel uplifted and give you clarity in your daily life. Kundalini yoga works on the nervous and glandular system and has many healing benefits to enable you to live your life to your full potential. This is achieved through Asana (Dynamic yoga postures) Pranayama (breathing techniques) Mantra (sound) Meditation. It’s suitable for all levels and no experience is necessary.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket for relaxation.
