Introductory Slow Yoga
Entry Requirements: 16+
Introductory Slow Flow yoga class at the Tabernacle in Notting Hill.
Slow Flow is a flowing practice at a pace which allows for greater focus on breath, alignment, and precision of movement. Despite the gentle pace, Slow Flow can still be a challenging class. Slow Flow classes allow you to tackle poses in a more mindful way with greater awareness, whilst still challenging yourself; a true moving meditation. The classes include some breath work, philosophy and meditation practice.
Very early on in her yoga practice Victoria discovered the transformative nature of yoga, bringing a sense of balance and groundedness amidst a busy London life. Victoria holds a space with warmth and care and aims to provide her students with tools like learning yoga poses mindfully, safely and encourages her student to look at and listen to their bodies’ needs through the power of their breath. You will leave feeling revitalised, energised, and uplifted. Classes will challenge you but are set at a mindful and steady pace. Victoria is currently completing her 200-hour teacher training with YogaCampus – known for its non-dogmatic approach - studying yoga in all its forms and shapes: creative sequencing, history, philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, physiology.
